I am a restorative dentist working in Vero Beach, FL. I graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1990. I have a BS in Zoology also from UF. I also did a residency program in Advanced General Dentistry. These days, you can’t just be a compassionate dentist. You also have to be technologically proficient and flexible/adaptable. I started out doing procedures that no one else wanted to do like surgical extractions and molar root canals since it seemed like everyone wanted to do cosmetic or crown and bridge dentistry so it was initially a crowded field. I eventually got into placing dental implants since my patients didn’t want to go to another office for those procedures. After hearing “you took it out, can’t you put one in” a few hundred times it got me into implants.
I have a wonderful and supportive wife of 28 years. I have a son who is a mechanic and a daughter who is student in college. I have an awesome staff that’s always willing to help our patients.
